Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need to register?

The formal registration process is necessary to be eligible to score points and win prize money. It also entitles you to all the benefits of being part of the exciting one-make championship, the media package, championship, Co-ordinator, etc.

How can I register?

If you want to participate in the Fiesta SportTrophy, please complete the Registration Form. The eligibility requirements are laid out in the Championship Regulations, also available for download.

What is the format of the Championship?

On all rounds except the Malcolm Wilson Rally and the RSAC Scottish Rally (where the full rally will be contested), competitors have the option to enter one of two events - either the full BRC International event or a shorter event, which runs within the National B BRC Challenge Rally.

All registered FST competitors in the International event will be seeded within the main field and start at the beginning of the rally. All competitors running in the BRC Challenge event will start immediately after the International field. At the completion of the BRC challenge event, the FST event will be declared over. At this point, a set of results including all registered FST crews (from both the Challenge and International event) will be extrapolated to give a set of FST championship results. The International competitors may then carry on and complete the remainder of this event making them eligible for overall BRC class and prize awards.

How much do I have to pay?

To be confirmed.

What are the prizes?

To be confirmed.

What about sponsor support?

FST UK has a number of sponsors. These are the series partners who are supporting all competitors with their products and expertise. In each country they will have the same designated areas on the car for their logos. The remaining space on the car can be used for your personal sponsors and competitors are encouraged to find their own non-conflicting sponsors in order to reduce their personal costs.

What comes after the Fiesta SportTrophy?

As the next step on the Ford ladder, the Fiesta SportTrophy International (FSTi) offers a set of seven challenging rally events aligned to the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC). The WRC represents rallying at the highest level and gives the FSTi competitor the opportunity to compete against the best.
